Ben’s just completed this one off custom build. It’s a 36 inch wheel MTB/Cruiser. Ben say’s “The inspiration for this was to recreate the experience of the first time you rode your dad’s bike as a kid. Everything feels so tall and high as you struggle your leg over the oversized frame, but then you push off and the ride is the soooo smooth!..I built this purely through my love of bikes!”
The bike features Unicycle.com 36inch rims and tires, Avid 200mm brakes, 1×10 gear system with cro-mo cranks and small chainring to correct the gear inches. It also has a custom made one part handle bar to match the frames stylish look. The final touch is the already bedded in Brooks saddle with loads of patina…a feature of ben’s dads old 1960’s Raleigh roadster!
