We’ve built a few things along these lines before but nothing quite at refined for the application as this. The client for this build has a fully grown daughter with Cerebral Palsy. While they have had various bike configurations as she has grown, at adult size the need had arisen for a more stable platform. We’ve built our Maxi Taxi model for this kind of application before but have always thought that it was a little too much bike. So with this ground up build we started with a light weight and supportive seat and designed the rest of the trike around it.
We are very happy with the result on this build and will continue to offer it made to order. We feel it has a wide scope for offering anyone a cycling experience who not be able to currently. If you feel this may suit your needs please get in contact.
