We Build several trikes featuring this crank design. It uses a double linkage to create a shallow elliptical motion with the same extension as the conventional crank on the other side. It suits riders with restricted movement in one knee but a fully functioning opposing leg. We can alter the geometry to cater for the level of movement the client has.
