Introducing our new records / development Rider. Rachel Swain has a long history of racing Trisleds and has decided to step it up and become the new custodian of ‘A lil Overzealous’ (previously ridden to a world 24 hour distance record by Jeff Nielsen). In her first test ride at the Ford proving ground Rachel smashed out a 51.24km hour which we believe to be a women’s trike record. Rachel is much shorter than Jeff tho and we did basically no set up work before this run. We’re going to reset-up the bike for Rachel and get her some training miles in the older ‘Overzealous’. So excitement is building for a much more serious attempt latter in the year! Can she go 60km/h? Go Rachel!
