Aquila 2 is for teams seriously committed to HPV racing.

Field leading handling, tested and proven aerodynamics and a roomy rider compartment means you have all the ingredients on hand to go seriously fast! Aquila’s Kevlar/Composite vacuum-infused body with built-in roll frames makes this model one of the toughest, lightest and most durable racing HPVs available.

The Trisled Racing Team has been racing Aquila since 2010, achieving impressive results. You can be sure that the speed improvements we’ve made over the years will be included in your vehicle!

We have now made some significant improvements to the fairing & chassis to improve the cornering speed. Now supplied as standard with a replaceable nose cone section, allowing the front to be replaced if necessary after significant damage.

BUILT WITH PASSION: All Trisled racing vehicles are built at our factory on the Mornington Peninsula by people who race HPVs. New models are tested by our racing team for 6-12 months before we release them to ensure reliability, durability and performance. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Aquila 2 is a racing HPV and is not suitable for road use. Scrutineering requirements for this vehicle differ between races and are subject to change. While Trisled makes every effort to ensure that our racing models are compliant with Australian HPV racing regulations, we cannot guarantee that our machines will meet scrutineering requirements.

Why can't you ride Aquila on the road?

Aquila is designed to do one thing: be as fast as possible in circuit HPV racing! That means it doesn't offer many of the basic functions most road users would expect. Some of the reasons why Aquila is not suited to road riding include: - Insufficient ground clearance - Integrated aerodynamic wheel fairings foul even the smallest bump in the road - Insufficient field of vision. You can't see up enough. It's built that way to protect the rider in racing conditions. - Windscreens at the front of the vehicle are more susceptible to fog and blinding sun glare.
