TerraCycle Idler Spacer

These are 8mm ID aluminum spacers, custom cut on a C&C lathe specifically for T-Cycle idlers. Kit Includes:

• 2x 2.2mm spacers
• 2x  7.5mm spacers
• 1x 15mm spacer

You can use a 0.09in spacer between a Power idler and a flat surface, like a chain keeper or an idler mount. The 0.09in spacer can also be used between the power side of an Over/Under idler and a flat surface. The 0.30in spacer is for spacing a Return idler away from a flat surface. The 0.30in spacer can also separate a Return idler and a Power idler. Finally, the 0.60in spacer is used between the return side of an Over/Under idler and a flat surface.

Hands Free Trike

We were contracted to build a recumbent trike for a client who had lost both his hands in and industrial accident. During testing we found he could manage the steering and possibly nudge the gears with his forearms. Here is what we came up with. We designed and manufactured a custom bottom bracket which provided a kick back brake while still maintaining a full gear system. We also custom molded some carbon fiber paddles on the gear shifters. A very functional result.

Family Trike

We’ve dubbed this the Family Trike. Built for Trisled’s book keeper Simone, this trike is small, compact but with comfy upright seating position. Not everyone lives and breathes recumbents and this trike is built with that in mind. Designed to be in the shed and on hand for the occasional ride with family or friends. This is the first time we’ve applied our revolutionary Indexed Crank System to a non-Racing machine. Here the size can be adjusted in seconds without tools so all the family can share in the fun!

Terra Trike Rambler

This second-generation Rambler is destined to become a TerraTrike best seller. The Rambler has a slightly higher seat height than its predecessor, but continues with the same Y-frame design, with many upgrades available for riders who want to go faster and farther.
